Terms of Service

These terms govern the landscaping, design, and related services provided by El Paso Landscaping in El Paso County, Texas and southern New Mexico.

Estimates

Estimates are free and provided in writing where practical. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a signed work agreement before work begins.

Warranty

Installation work carries a two-year written workmanship warranty against settling, shifting, and drainage failures. Plant establishment is warranted through the first full growing season. Warranty does not cover damage from acts of nature, improper customer maintenance, or modifications by others.

Scheduling & payment

Scheduling is subject to weather and crew availability. Payment terms are stated in the signed work agreement.
